But - is it a good idea to reduce customers to lvl1? Doesn't it mean it will take forever for them to level back up and earn money so they can come back to the dungeon?

Like the idea, but the business system seens awful. Customer seens not have option for self defense, not sure if has penalty for damages. Seens pure random trap...
Still hope more improvement or sequels of this series.
