Guess someone still remembers when FE3's translation patch kept calling Archanea "Pales".

Lol. This was a name I chose for the commission after it was posted. It's so stupid, I love it.
The name was moreso based on it just being at the palace/Archanea Palace (and ofc the rear focus <3), though I am aware of the "Pales" fan translation for Archanea's capital.
The Japanese name (パレス) was actually romanized as "Palace" in a FE3 guidebook and the anime, so it may have intended to simply be a reference to that sort of building instead of the deity, though I do understand not wanting to translate it as "palace" for a capital city XD.
