Kemono image servers have been inaccessible for months; that's literally why we're stuck with this quality (which should be the default kemono provides before you click to enlarge, at which point it'll remove the image atm because it tries to replace with full res but can't connect to the database that stored them).

I would have preferred to just wait that out and grab HQ when it's available again, but at this rate Kemono is more likely to die completely than to recover...
