The first few translated chapters gives away much of the plot's setting already, but oh well, a summary won't hurt.

There's 3 major characters, Yuuka the protagonist, Yazaki and Saeki the main characters. Yuuka is the girl who is quite hated for how naive she is, in the begining she experiences a realistic rape episode and acts accordingly, being afraid of being touched and paranoid about her surroundings and all that, but not much later it derails in a quite cliched NTR story.

Then it comes Saeki, the handsome and ladykiller rockstar/club owner, the frustrated guy is quite jealous of how Yuuka is dating his former highschool sempai Yazaki (jealous of Yuuka, in the sense he has some homolust towards Yazaki), so he starts revolve his life around Yuuka, trying to follow her everywhere; later is revealed that he was the one who demmanded his club's hosts to rape her and while at it to take pictures of said episode, from there he blackmails Yuuka to have sex with him, she is relutant at first but it eventually after many sessions she starts to not feel that bad about it...

Yazaki is Yuuka's actual boyfriend, he is a journalist who works on the other side of town so he and Yuuka can only meet on a few selected days; the guy is keept in the dark about the rape thing through the whole story (so far...), but later he starts to get quite mad why Yuuka seems to avoid him sometimes and when they have sex she is not the same as she used to be (as in she looks unsatisfied).

Introductions made, story goes like this: Yuuka gets gang-raped, she now is very traumatized, Saeki gets close to her because she is meddling with his beloved sempai, first she thinks he is quite weird and pushy then she confirms as he was the one who had her raped, he blackmails her about showing the picture and films to her boyfriend, Saeki rapes Yuuka himself, but the guy is a ladykiller and his rapist "skills" didn't manage to scar her, quite the contrary, Yuuka starts to feel a strange atraction to him; Yazaki of course is keept in the dark about the whole thing, Yuuka starts having sex with him again a few times to not worry him about her, but her mind is quite more interested in Saeki already, later we learn why Saeki is so frustrated, the guy was constantly molested as a teen by two women related to him thus turning him into a player who doesn't think very highly of women in general, he sees them as object for sex and nothing more that's why all of his friends are male, and the one he likes the most (bordering on love) is Yazaki. As of now the main trio are separated from each other, living through their moments: Saeki seems to want Yuuka's body more than ever but is not love yet, Yazaki is frustrated for Yuuka wanting to take a break from their relationship and is screwing with Saeki's former fangirl, and Yuuka has a new friend who also is a rockstar but not quite interested in advancing on her viciously, so she can stant him for the moment.

This whole mess is a obvious setting to make Yuuka and Saeki end up together like in the original Sex Crime as pure Netorare fashion, but in Cross and Crime things are changing quite a bit. Yuuka is not that much of a dumb bitch here, Yazaki is obviously more of a man here than in Sex Crime so if ever finds out what Saeki and Yuuka have been doing to him shit will hit the fan, and finally Saeki's "perfect boy" persona is downplayed here and he looks quite pathetic sometimes.

Yeah that's it, Hatsuki is remaking her own work, only time will tell if she wants to make people rage again by ending this thing the same way as Sex Crime.

really, what is the point? Two long Series about the same plot!! That`s too much waste of money!! I mean, if Hatsuki Kyou wanted to bring back Sex-Crime! why didn`t he reprint the series again??
I mean, It`s the same plot, same characters, and at the end she is goona be with the rape man and finally the good guy is gonna lost everything, the girl, the pride, the money, etc.
and the Time, because If you remember the girl went crazy in the last chapters and the good guy had to rescue and take her.

the good guy putting a bullet in the head of the girl and the rape man, that would be a new good ending for this new manga!!

In the sex and crime he actually did find comfort through letting Yuuka go because he knew he couldn't take her with him. But, so far it is not NTR in my opinion the glasses guy is having a fling with the fan girl already showed it couple of chapters back.
