English scanlation of two manga by Kamayan (鎌やん), an intellectual Demon-style (鬼畜系) Lolita manga artist who was popular in the 1990s, and collaborated with other mangaka to educate Otaku about the 'Harmful Manga' issue in the early 1990s, and the Child Prostitution and Porno Bill of ~1999 that changed the Otaku landscape forever, leading to the Kinokuniya Incident where famous manga like Berserk and Vagabond were temporarily pulled from shelves.

The first is a 4-page manga that's essentially an update of a 2-page one Kamayan drew for Comic Junkies as part of a long special feature about the Child Prostitution and Porno Bill to educate Otaku about the Symposium and provide a mailing address to the Manga Defence Alliance (漫画防衛同盟).

The second is a 19 page short-story about the atmosphere and dialectic surrounding the bill by various Otaku and Kamayan's feelings regarding it and himself. Not long after doing this manga, Kamayan retired from being an ero-mangaka to become a cram school teacher, and then later retired from teaching to move back to the countryside to live as a Hikikomori to this day.
