The bonus title is 「取引先えっち」. 「えっち」 means lewd things or sex. By default, 「取引先」 means "client," but in this context, it can be understood as "the client's place." The timing adds another nuance: sex 「えっち」 that takes place ahead of 「先」 the business deal/transaction 「取引」. Also, the man is wearing a suit, so I just assumed it wasn't Shimizu. The title “Sex with a Client” in page 66 is honestly a misleading translation. The Japanese title 「取引先えっち」 reads more like “sex at a client’s office” than “having sex with a client.” The dialogue also implies MC having sex with her during a business meeting and in the client’s restroom.
