It's cute that a poofy chest and female voice actor is all it takes for people to claim Pitou is female in the anime. Manga or anime, still gender ambiguous. Anyone who says otherwise fell for Togashi's trolling.

@Soringtitfuck No Pitou is female in both the manga and anime, the anime has nor right to change a character's sex and appearance. Pitou has tits and a female background in the manga.
