A human is suddenly summoned to another world, he is a little shocked but he knows his way around Isekai fantasy so he thinks it somehow happened to him, keeping his cool before assessing his surroundings; there, the Human (unnamed) is greeted by a female elf who is so happy the spell worked! She immediately begs the Human to please heed her call, it is an urgent matter, there's no time to explain, the elves need his help so please have sex with her right now!

The Human wanted to hear some explaining first but he sure is mesmerized by the plump elf's body and lewd she is dressed, shit, if she is begging this hard might as well do it, he will hear her reasons later; they do it, but the Human notices the elf is stained with blood, is she a virgin? but she looks so nature? the Human apologizes for being so rough, he thought she was so attractive and lost his mind a little there... the plump elf is elated to hear that, she is being cared for by someone who thinks she is attractive? No problem she says, also he can call her Addie, she says her powers can easily make the pain go away, no need to worry about it so please keep doing her.

Human and Addie go all out till she exhausted herself, Addie says she will rest for a while, assuring the human she will tell her story later. Well, the human isn't very apprehensive, he had amazing sex with this incredibly shapely lady, he will wait; that is, until another elf comes by the temple, she is immediately sick upon smelling such a foul stench that makes her vomit in disgust, nasty! She goes outside with the human, the elf girl (unnamed) immediately can tell he is from another world if the human cannot perceive that stench, not being affected at all by it actually, the girl more or less can tell what really happened so she tries to warn the Human off, telling him about what is Addie truly after.

Addie's name is Adelaide, she is an elder from their tribe at 896 years old, elves are naturally lean and that's their beauty standard, someone like Adelaide looks flabby, they would compare her to an orc, the elf girl adds that from their perspective it would akin to how a human would perceive the nastiest, fattest slob of a man having his way with a little pretty girl... yeah, the Human sort of get it, also Adelaide looks like that because she is old and approaching menopause, in this setting that makes an elf become practically rotten, emanating a foul stench that is a seriously turnoff to everyone, even orcs and goblins who would want to violate them can't stand it, the irony is that elves are long lived so their libido and desire to find partners are very low, some may take things to lightly until it is too late to find that special someone, see? Adelaide resorted to summoning a being from another world in hopes of finding a mate to be with, the elf girl says she can send the Human off, preventing him from falling to Adelaide's scheme but he politely refuses for now, this conversation aside Adelaide treated the Human very well and he is not disgusted by her appearance at, he likes it even, she smells great too, such a mature musk!

Well, if he says so, the elf girl says she has an errand to do but will come back soon to see if the Human hasn't changed his mind; once the Human returns to the temple Adelaide has woken up, she was worried he disappeared or gotten lost, Addie is ready to tell him why she summoned him, you see there was this Demon Lord the elves fought against, they defeated him with great effort but much of their population was lost in the grand battle, and as a parting curse the Demon Lord afflicted them with this mutation that warped their bodies to become this flabby, so Adelaide begs the Human to have children with her to save their dying race! Oh man, the Human can only think of how embarrassing it must be to come with such a story to hide the fact she is just a desperate older lady seeking love at her age, but the Human honestly has taken a liking to Adelaide, he will humor her story, not telling her he knows the truth, he accepts her request, Addie is so happy!

Naturally the Human and Adelaide keep their love making at their love nest, the Human remarks that the temple is quite self-sufficient, it has all the necessities of a small farm in which Adelaide's magic can sustain along with basic manual labor, realizing that all of that was prepared with Adelaide wishing the Human never left their small world, never finding out her little lies; after doing so much with Adelaide the Human remarks the irony of elves not having much of a libido but an older, literally an unbearable elf to others in her world is full of desires, a sad irony... time goes by, in one of their now common love making Adelaide feels sick and throws up a little over the Human, she apologizes saying she will clean him up with magic, Addie doesn't know what came over her, a sudden illness? However, the human, simply remarks isn't it morning sickness, you know, from pregnancy? Oh my! Adelaide realized it, yes it has to be, she is finally pregnant, she couldn't believe this day would come so it wasn't the first thing it came to her mind, now that she is pregnant Addie says she must protect her baby from being overrun with the unwanted magic sources and other impurities so she wants the human to do her ass instead till the baby is born, the Human obliged, thinking how sex crazed Addie is for not even considering stoping having sex while she is pregnant.

Time goes by, Adelaide is visible very pregnant, the Human is quite used to his new life, he doesn't even miss his world much, also he kept protecting Addie's lie all this time, why bother to shatter it, they are living nice recluse lives... but the Human thinks he is forgetting something important, what could it be... Then the elf girl from before comes back, oh shit, she barges into the temple to see if the Human surely has regretted being in this world with Adelaide of all people, Addie thinks the Human came back so she greets "him" by acting like a cute young elf, but she sees a fellow elf instead, a real young and pretty one who looks very, very angry upon witnessing a very pregnant elder from their village, asking why exactly Adelaide a now 897 years old elder is acting like a cute little girl, believing that to be any acceptable behavior?! The Human was too late, comically thinking please don't hit Addie with reality like that!

Adelaide is struck with that truth bomb, comically fainting from shock, suffering some mental regression even to really set her desire to think she is still young but the Human says Adelaide got her mind back in shape once their child was born, THE END.

Quite the humorous work, Waribashi sure likes them mature ladies in absurdly funny settings, now a mature lady that physically sickens others on sight is overkill, holy shit, I actually felt bad for Adelaide, can't even fault her too much for resorting to lying about her predicament, I'm glad things worked out for her.
