A copy I got from M during my recent trip to Japan, namely Hyogo where he resides. M's family was very active in this particular F.C. and has several pieces he's given to me on the pretense that I document them properly, so I will be uploading them in the coming weeks.
This particular issue has genga, douga, storyboards, production art and behind the scenes discussions about Osamu Tezuka's A Million Year Journey on Earth: Bander Book (100万年地球の旅 バンダーブック), which was the first anime to air on TV for a whole 2 hours. This TV film recieved massive views and further solidified Tezuka's Star System as it featured both new and old characters interacting, such as Don Dracula and Black Jack. Tezuka had returned to TV anime with this particular film and animated with staff, directed, story boarded and on some accounts, helped influence the tone of the score. There is also a lengthy interview with legendary Toku, Kaiju and Special Effects director Keiji Kaneda (金田啓治), who helped produce the work with Tezuka Pro alongside Nippon Television. Tezuka's fanbase was still exceedingly strong and many fans rallied behind this particular work as a return of the Godfather of Anima & Manga. This particular imprint was managed by Haruji Mori (森晴治) by the main Tokyo chapter.
