As the first issue is translated, everyone knows Takashi is the average unremarkable dude who somehow lucked out by simply asking the class beauty, Misaki, to be his girlfriend and she accepted just like that, whoa! Then turns out, Takashi fooled himself into thinking Misaki saw him as anything special, she is a surpreme slut who just goes along with what everyone asks of her, including sex, in fact, especially sex, she loves it so when Takashi finds out and asks Misaki to please be only his she couldn't keep it that way, politely braking up with him, leaving Takashi in shambles...

That is until the sequel pages were made - resulting in this collected sequel - showing that Takashi was developing into a cuckold as Misaki landed a new boyfriend who's the absolute peak Yarichin, a guy who seemly can force Misaki to behave and be only his by sheer force, her new man kept sending Takashi videos of Misaki doing with it him so taunt him and explore Misaki's masochistic tendencies, till the day the guy allowed Takashi to witness Misaki being plowed by him, which resulted in a rather mean maneuver where Takashi was literally showed outside, tied up as he was forced to hear Misaki getting destroyed all night long.

Takashi got sick, and Misaki isn't heartless onde post nut clarity hits, she got very worried about Takashi and went to nurse him back to health, Takashi can't stop liking her but Misaki of all people say her new man won't allow it, so she can only play with him without penetration. Then something quite comedic happens, the godly peak male could not keep Misaki's pace, she is an absolute libido monster so he gets fed up with her pestering him for sex all the time, he breaks up with her, saying he got back up chicks anyway, fuck off.

The new and final pages in this collected 2nd issue shows Takashi's quest to keep imprinting himself as Misaki's number one, no matter who she may sleep with on the side, Takashi found his groove, Misaki really is a masochist and Takashi has learned how to press those buttons just right to the point Misaki finally convinced him to cum inside - he always avoided that, firmly believing that's for getting pregnant and then marrying - whereupon Takashi enacts some erotic asphyxia on Misaki, but he thinks something went wrong, he professed his love for Misaki again and again, telling her to wake up, it's ok Misaki says, she knows Takashi loves her, that's why she said is fertile today, she wanted him to impregnate her, but it's safe today, don't worry. Looks like this is the end, for now anyway, Jakky says he might do more with Takashi and Misaki in the future, but the next work he wants it to be something else or a game. In the same afterwords there's a funny illustration with Misaki experiencing her own NTR/NTS poison, she is shocked as she sees Takashi being handled by two hungry gyarus (are those two from some other Jakky work?
