So, this is old, and I'm not sure why I'm bothering, but just for anyone who sees this in the future:
Shemale = Boobs + cock + no pussy + balls
Futanari = boobs + cock + pussy + no balls
However, Futa CAN have balls, if there is also a vagina, but if the character was never fully male but still doesn't have a pussy, it's still classified as futanari. It's only shemale if it STARTED male.

But my main point is this:
HERM = Furry + boobs + penis
Herm can be either futanari or shemale, no matter what the definition of either term, as long as it is furry.
