Yeah the author announced a 10 years later sequel with an insane amount of pages.
So far we know nothing besides the MH being now a milf and she still is into MC.
In the ending of this chapter she expected MC to do something, anything to her after she confessed but seeing him staring blankly so she took that as rejection and left.

That’s why I hate BSS. The plot is just ridiculous… If she loves the MC, why is she sleeping with other men? Then she confesses like nothing ever happened… and the author keeps forcing the MC to just be a passive character throughout the whole story.

The sequel set 10 years later will probably be the exact same thing: she’ll get involved with other men, the MC will just sit there and watch, and their relationship won’t go anywhere. A bit like Ichinomiya Yuu work sequel with the 7 years time skip..
