The premise that the heir will be disqualified just because of low magic and replaced with someone unrelated was a little far fetched so it was changed to adoption with the intention to be married to the trueborn villainess which is more believable.

In the original story the ending is left open and it is implied that they become fuck buddies with little to no trust between them, but I am a sucker for a wholesome ending with at least marriage and if possible children as well as is the case with most who enjoy the villainess genre so i added the implied marriage and trust in the end.

In villainess stories the villainess almost never reveals the truth about their reincarnation especially if it is a case of gender bending. Also they generally tend to be a klutz. So these changes were added as well.

The rewrite is actually not a bad idea and make more sense than the original.

In case people didn't read the uploader:
-The original is the former male MC, when unable to get her stepbrother trust in her, outright stated she is reincarnated into the girl.
-The rewrite removed that aspect, but actually makes it more inline into various incarnate-to-villianess part.

As stated, very, very seldom do Isekai stories have the MC state that are reincarnate of someone from some other world, and most definitely doesn't occur for villianess-isekai. It make sense: Villianess stories always involve a kind hearted MC takes over the body of a girl who is known to be bully, and thus no one will believe them unless situation improve.
