This must be your first time animating because there's a lot of rookie mistakes. The outlines are messy, there movements are janky, the hands lack fingers, and there's a severe lack of shading and as such it looks really flat. Im sure you worked really hard on it, but after a couple more years of honing your craft, you're gonna look back at this and think "Jesus H. Christ! What the fuck was I thinking?!" Figured you'd be aware of the problems now so that you aren't kicking yourself later.
