Apparently, Taichou (the person in the first panel in the first page) does not have a character tag.

Taichou is a title rather than a name. I am not familiar with the source material, but looking at the wiki the character may be "Kaban"

You might be right, but the original source material had spelt Taichou's name in both Kanji and Hiragana, suggesting it might be what they typically refer to her, similar to how the main character of "Blue Archive" is often referred to as "Sensei" rather than by any typical name.
