I wouldn't necessarily call it unrealistic, I'm sure it's very possible some people DO get off on this stuff happening to them. Indeed, it could actually make for a pretty interesting storyline if not done as half assed as a lot of hentai do. I do have to say that it would be cool to see something different from time to time in Netorare. Like how Asato goes apeshit in some of the endings of the Triangle Blue VN.
