I think it's really cool seeing the hormonal changes mess with her head. A slower build-up with her gradually noticing that boobs look kinda nice and seem to have a magnetic effect on her gaze would be cool. There's a couple lines, but I kinda want a whole lot more lead-in.

But mostly, my sense of realism demands more time spent on the "growing balls" part. Knowing balls and ovaries both develop from the same proto-organ, I feel like ovaries should turn into balls and that's really going to be a bigger deal than clitoral enlargement, and it deserves more than a one-panel "is that a ballsack?". This is more of "a serious medical complication" scenario.
