It's an inherently degrading act. For anyone who doesn't give a shit about how attractive the guy is or is not, an attractive woman getting fucked by a hideous dude purely because of either noncon or the sex being that good (or the former leading into the latter) as opposed to any romantic or emotional connection is an act of debasement in and of itself and, in the case of NTR, humiliating for the generally more traditionally attractive protagonist.
