Wow, this brings me back. I think I read this for the first time about twenty years ago? It was a lot at the time, and I had a lot of trouble connecting the idea of being interested in feminization kink to being transgender.
I think a lot of this stuff is historically interesting but also it's really twee. I think this sort of fantasy framing for it is fun, but makes it feel less achievable, less like something a real woman could choose to do. I dunno. I still enjoyed it, I think, but I have a lot of complex thoughts about it.
I'm a woman now, obviously. But I didn't figure that out until a few years ago.
