Order corrected to what is shown in the PDF, PNGs losslessly optimized with oxipng, JPGs untouched. Portions of this were released as JPGs for whatever reason extremely erratically, I have nothing to do with this. The PDF does not contain higher quality images. Will update with the cover once that releases.

There's too many penises in this to be females_only, moreover I'm pretty sure this is intended to be a trans man

Louie is called "good girl" in Chapter 1 (page 11).

A character with breasts and a big clit is still female.

Louie is wearing a strap-on, so this is female_only.

Shemale requires an actual penis, not a strap on. Louie isn't trans, I think she just likes the idea of having a dick. I know multiple girls like this so not that absurd of an idea.

To be fair they might be complaining about Rory who is barely but I would say it still should have shemale and futanari in the tags. And Louie isn't trans but she uses testosterone if this https://e-hentai.org/s/e6c1c97444/2890356-35 description is still canon.
