The translation seems good, but there doesn't seem to be a lot here; why bother telling us what she's normally like if it has nothing to do with the story we're actually shown?

This is simply an attempt to breath some life into a character in a short 3-pager; otherwise it would just be a big-boobed random lady who spends a few panels having sex with a faceless male. It's meant to help people get into the situation and help to understand how the author imagined her.
