Nope, the doctor from the h-anime appears from the 588. picture..... Just like Rednob wrote and it seems much more like a very light version of Yakin Byoutou (Night Shift Nurses). Maybe they wanted it to be a bit more twisted or thought it would be boring with a "mad male doctor corrupting nurses" setting, that's why the h-anime turned out like that.
