The conclusion did something that doesn't happen very often in netorare, so just to satiate anyone's curiosity here's a brief explanation.

This fourth and final part shows teacher Sumika has already fallen deep for Rihito’s touch, the blackmail he had over her almost don’t coerce Sumika anymore, her words show little reluctance by now, deep down she wants this; Kouta being a in a relationship with his childhood friend Sumika, has found out his girlfriend was being taken by her student Rihito in the previous part, Kouta linked up with Yuna, the school nurse who’s pretty hedonistic, she is married and has tons of sex friends, Rihito is one of them, Yuna just wants to see how this goes, she is trying to tease Kouta about him being potentially aroused over Sumika being taken by another man.

Thus Yuna arranged a way for Kouta to witness firsthand, not just by video, how Sumika has really fallen for Rihito, that she isn’t being coerced anymore, Yuna hopes Kouta becomes honest with himself, thus Yuna even throws herself into the mix with Rihito and Sumika to makes things even more fun, she believes… unknow to Yuna what will transpire shortly after, turns out Kouta’s thoughts seem like a cuckold awakening at first, the usual observation about how different Sumika has become, she used to be so cool and serious, and here she is acting so lewd, even if she voices some reluctance still Sumika still does everything he asks, when hearing Rihito trying to make Sumika get pregnant with his child, despite Sumika saying she will never do it, swearing she would go to the hospital right away to take the proper measures, it seems Kouta was no longer right of mind…

The first pages actually already teased the ending by narrating a third hand account by an officer for something that happened five years ago, the final pages show Rihito just wanting some cake after fucking so much, the one that already appeared in the early pages, but he clumsily dropped knife, Sumika cutely scolded him for letting it drop… then someone caught the knife, neither Sumika nor Rihito had realized Kouta was there at Yuna’s house, Sumika realizes it is Kouta while Rihito didn’t even register, asking who?

In a flash, not shown, just narrated, Kouta attacked both Sumika and Rihito, he seriously injured them but they did not die, Kouta narrates in retrospect what would have happened if he never found out what was happening with Sumika and Rihito by accident, maybe all this suffering wouldn’t ensue, Yuna was the one called the police, Kouta told the officers he was in a daze, he can’t believe he would harm his Sumika; this incident apparently never gave the identities of any party to the public, THE END.

I like some revenge endings, but I don’t like when they are just narrated, at least show what happened in detail, how did Yuna even react when her silly game resulted in that mess, how Sumika and Rihito felt when they got stabbed, what will be Kouta’s life during and after jail?

At any case Hayaaruki says this is truly the end, he pondered about having an ending where Kouta just accepted everything and never did anything to Sumika or Rihito, or an ending where Kouta pushed Rihito against a train track actually killing him, so Hayaaruki believes he toned it down still, and he even thought about giving Rihito a backstory where he was once a guy that suffered netorare as well so he just became a guy who takes too, but Hayaaruki decided to keep Rihito as merely a bad guy because he simply is, no deeper reason why.

lmao what an ending, at the final pages both Sumika and the other sluty teacher were having a 3some with the gyaruoh who blackmailed Sumika into sex into she got hooked, Kouta her bf watched it all and ever heard them discussing about how to deal with their relationship now that Sumika is hooked with raw sex, Rihito the gyaroh tells her to just go and have sex with alibi sex with Kouta in case she gets pregnant, Sumika wants to go to a hospital to go for after pills, she doesn't want to let Kouta know she's this slutty and doesn't want a child from a man like Rihito, he rebukes saying she still begs for creampies and the teacher apparently gives her a pill while telling her once she experiences pure pleasure she won't stop, all while eating cake, Kouta was already mind broken state so he just walked in and stabbed both Sumika and Rihito.

Kinda shame everything that transpired after was just narrated instead of show, maybe the author got burned out, kinda hilarious how brutally cucking a man is ok but showing some graphic revenge is like a sin for some authors, at least that one doujin with the camera man mind controlling an actress got killed brutally by the producer as the GF woke up to her final fate.

I wish author told the aftermath of the ending at least, yeah both shits got stabbed and Yuna forgot she set Kouta to watch it atll, what was she expecting? Kouta becoming a cuck somehow? I don't think he can be jailed for long if he argues mental disorder which is what literally happened, Rihito might dropout school and Sumika will have to withdraw from teaching, she might have her identity but going injured while Kouta is detained is telling by itself, readers can just but speculate or make it up themselves, hate it when authir half asses it IMO.
Kinda funny how we got to chapter 4 yet it feels like your every ntr doujin chapter 1 without needing 1 to 3.

Yeah I agree. I think Kouta did kill both Sumika and Rihito. The way it's narrated about an incident 5 YEARS AGO, wouldn't be just something to talk about if it wasn't about murder, not just some random infidelity fall out.
The way author also narrates at the end how one of the choices was Rihito getting killed by Train-kun and then saying how he toned down obviously means because death by train was brutal while stabbing isn't as much, that's why we see blood splatter twice.

The reason author made this NTR long series was because the first chapter which was vanilla sold 2400, so he made a sequel which turned NTR, author himself says some characters stories were retconned, sold as much.

Originally author planned 6 chapters , but chapter 3 didn't sell that much barely making it to 2000.
And the Final chapter was a failure apparently selling 400, IMO the nurse was a turn off.

Well, it’s always the same whenever authors try to turn a vanilla story into netorare. It rarely works. I don’t even know why they still think it’ll succeed when every other attempt has failed. First of all, the audience they originally targeted stops reading, while netorare fans only get their adrenaline from seeing a vanilla story turn into NTR. Tho they don’t actually care about the story itself and just move on once they’re done with it

It’s like author doujin where the 1st part is incest and the 2nd is netorare.. I mean he really thought that incest lovers will buy the 2nd part ? And netorare lovers will buy the first part ?

I mean, if he doesn’t want to stick to just one genre, that’s fine. Plenty of authors write vanilla, harem, netori, and netorare doujins. The difference is that they don’t mix those genres within the same work. They make one series for one genre, then move on to another with a different one. If hayaaruki is tired of doing vanilla, just finish that one and write a new one

At least it ended differently. More interested in a case of show don't tell. And again the blackmail part really takes away from most ntr at least for me anyway. Regardless it's done and he'll move on to the next story which I wonder if he'll learn the lesson but, probably not.
