You can automatically hide it by using tags. In order to do that, go to My Home then My Tags. There you can add any tags you want as Watched or as Hidden. You can even assign some colors to tags in order to quickly identify your favorite tags. Any galleries with tags marked as Hidden will be automatically hidden (except if you disable the system yourself by doing an advanced research and then by disabling your filters for tags).
