If anyone could tell me why there's a random ass (おしり♥︎) in the last panel, I'd be thankful.

I am still learning but I would assume it is a case of implied subject. Basically someone screaming about their ass, likely Nagato as they get railed. So it is likely meant to be implied as something like "(私の)おしり" or "My ass".

I think instead of bus they meant bass on page 3, like a bass drum

Lots of errors in this translation. Like why "plap" in the last page? The sound was ごぽん which is like a "glug" sound. It's also like... obvious that it's the sound of him cumming and not plaps.
