Easily the most vanilla thing Nero has and probably ever will do. I assume he was simply hired on for his art, and in exchange, he got to ask for the two bad endings in the game where you choose to sell your wife for literally no reason but "I'm a D1 tier coomer who enjoys jacking off being cucked more than sex".

Which is certainly a choice. But hey, never say never. Maybe Nero will dabble in physically kinky vanilla again one day. If the price is right.
