I just use Grok Imagine. The aspect ratio 9:16 will usually give a realistic-ish image without prompting it to do so. Of course the drawback is the strict moderation. Pretty much impossible to get anything explicit unfortunately.

Ig to get explicit images you gotta run it on your own hardware, it's pretty easy tbh all the source code is free on the internet.
It does need decently powerful hardware though
