This translation is atrocious and I seriously doubt you did anything yourself. Half of the sentences don't make any sense in english or have the wrong pronouns. Just a few examples from the first pages, before I checked out:
P.4 : "like she has nothing to do with sex" doesn't mean anything
P.7 : "it's rare to see Haruto act like a dude", dude is unnatural, why not just say "boy"?
P.7 : "Maybe you think of me as a dad"... if you managed to fuck up the pronouns this bad here, you're not translating shit. Since the mother is talking to the man, it's obvious it's "maybe HE thinks of YOU as a dad". If you're not taking 5 seconds to check "your" work and see if it makes sense, how the fuck do you have the gall to ask for commissions?

Also, the kid gets called Haruto, Haru and Naruto (?!) in the span of 5 fucking pages.

The flaws you have pointed out are very common issues with MTLs. It's obvious this was machine translated in the first place. This uploader is just another faggot. It's a waste of time to argue with them.
