Without parts one and two, your reading's going to hinge on how you interpret the witch's words, "By becoming incapable of harboring any intent to harm you, it seems I can't even feel the emotions that would give rise to [refusing you]."

One interpretation is that she considers REFUSAL to be harmful, then the narration on her feelings is a geeky disassociative observation log about her situation. This is cute (and a coping mechanism I've done during intimate encounter). The key in this interpretation is that harm comes from physical action. The spell works backwards and affects feelings that would cause that action.

The second interpretation is that she considers negative FEELINGS to be harmful to Karna (either based on her understanding of his character, or because it applies to people in general). The action of letting herself get fucked is just a practical consequence/evidence of that. (I realize now that this is this is Protestant sola fide. Huh.)

But the silver lining, easy to miss, is that she says, "Even now, I'm not afraid of you." She wasn't afraid before she was enchanted. So contrary to what she said earlier, she actually does trust Karna. It's just that she trusts him 99% instead of 100%. That's a strong trust, even if imperfect. I think our impression of "normal people" is that they can let that 1% doubt lie as it is, to love another. Kyeriko couldn't. But maybe now, I wonder if she can, if she does.

Having read parts 1 and 2, I can confirm it gives absolutely no hints for choosing between those two interpretations.

That said, typically in kakuninii's works, the way this type of mind control works is it removes someone's reluctance or negative feelings, like your scenario #2. He can grope/fuck her all he wants, and she has no reason to stop him because she is incapable of feeling violated/embarrassed/whatever.
