An exceedingly rare example of early 80s bishoujo works featuring Kitch Kitchen from Space Runaway Ideon, this particular imprint was heralded and managed by the mangaka Hayashi Yoko, known simply as YOKO, who created some very impressive examples of bishoujou as well as yuri works in the late 1970s to early 1980s. YOKO collaborated with several artists on this imprint and was assisted by Tajima Shinobu, who also contributed manuscripts. Parts 1 and 2 are what seem to have been created for this imprint for 1981 while part 3 was seemingly made in 1982, followed by a copybook.
To be accepted to Comiket, both authors slated that the goudoushi was a 'kitchen fan club by high school girls', which was a lie. This particular work was sold at Comiket 18 between the 15th to the 16th of August at Yokohama Sanbo Hall.
Kitch is famously known for being Cosmo Yuki's love interest in Ideon, whereas her initial death was retconned for the famous 'Kill em' All Tomino' scene in which she is decapitated by shrapnel. There is inference that Kitch was also used for ero guro works, namely this particular scene, in a text I have since acquired and will document once it arrives. Additional novels and manuscripts are about 0079 Gundam, Gatchaman and Lupin the 3rd, framing the heroines as being desperate heroines, lonely, and the objects of forced sex / rape.
"Finally, there's Kitchen Fighter, which has several guest appearances in the AD-published Ram book. It was advertised as a "kitchen fan club by high school girls," but it's more of a typical anime character fan club of the time, focusing on pretty girls rather than male characters. I'm introducing it alongside the Godmars book by the same members."
