Artist bundled parts 1-22 in 2 chapters and made a "Volume 1" he then published for free in his booth, all while chapters 23 onwards (technically part 3, for a potential future Volume 2, that the artist mentioned being in the works, by the way) were being released.
All the booth version is, is the pixiv images downscaled by around 25% and fit in pairs to make the format into two columns of 4 vignettes instead of single columns.
The downscale of the booth version makes the text barely legible or pretty much unreadable in some parts..so technically speaking the booth version is the inferior version and random pixiv gallery is the superior version, go figure. It's not like the pixiv version was too high res, it was literally 1500~1600px, that is barely below acceptable by today's standards, so I do not really know why the artist downscaled the images, he could've just fit two column per page while keeping the original res. But he didn't.

Chapter 3 (and subsequently Volume 2) never went anywhere because in may 2017 the artist went AWOL without saying anything after publishing part 29
Artist came back once in 2020 publishing a random part 30 where the characters don't even seem to follow the original plot anymore (wonder if the artist made those pages or if someone hacked them lol)
It's been 6 years now, still gone.
