It is a conspiracy, turns out that DOLL PLAY decided to reframe the scene at the end of Part 2 released 5 years ago, where it seemed Yumiko's husband was cheating on her out his own accord, while the curly haired dude saw them but his burly senpai didn't notice it, ironic back then since it seemed burly Senpai was actually interested on Yumiko for real.

That was reframed here with Part 3 into burly senpai actually planning everything, but before this reveal the beginning of Part 3 has burly Senpai act as if his buddy that told him Takaaki was cheating on Yumiko so Senpai naturally goes to Yumiko to sadly relay this bad news, Yumiko can't believe this but she recognizes she isn't innocent either, that's when Senpai truly tries to make Yumiko feel at ease, there's no more wrong in her actions, see? Yumiko tries to push back a little but Senpai manages to make her more comfortable with adultery, even advising her on what to say to a worried Takaaki, calming him down as Yumiko tells him she just didn't mind the time, she is with her friends still. Senpai feels he has Yumiko by the palm now, he will truly impregnate her.

Afterwards, Yumiko is havjng a nice lunch with her family, all smiles with Takaaki and their son Taka; she further explains to her husband she really lost track of time with her friends, oh no prob, Takaaki understands, well, now he is the one who says he has some business with someone else so he will be tale today, oh it's ok, Yumiko is also understanding so she will play with their little Taka plenty so he doesn't miss daddy too much... but hearing that from Takaaki is what makes Yumiko plunge further in her degeneration, she keeps thinking she is bad wife for betraying her family like that but now she is so glad that Takaaki is also cheating, apparently, so it is ridding her mind of some guilt, yes Yumiko tells herself she doesn't need to beat herself so much anymore.

The reveal is Senpai instructed that woman seen with Takaaki at the end of Part 2 to make him stray away from Yumiko, she tells Senpai off that doesn't want to be with that dweeb, how long she will have to put up with this? Relax, it's just a little longer, hmph, the woman says she is only doing this because he asked; then at the end the curly bro gets a message from Senpai, claiming he now has Yumiko bagged pretty good, curly bro can say good grief to that, he still is at awe of Senpai's mom fetish as shown at the end of Part 2 .

Honestly I'm surprised DOLL PLAY even bothered to make Takaaki be unknowingly set up to make Yumiko more accepting of betraying him, his netorare works usually makes the husband unpleasant or flat out a bad person without any help, to make their loss feel like they had it coming.

At any case, DOLL PLAY remarks how this took 5 years between releases.

No, this is Natsuzuma 3, a completely new release.

The eBook Japan link you provided is a different format made out of fhe original previous Doujinshi releases, it divided the original Part 1 and Part 2 into chapters of 26 pages each.

- Natsuzuma 1 = reorganized as Chapters 1 to 4
- Natsuzuma 2 = reorganized as Chapters 5 to 8
- Natsuzuma 3 = * not available on eBook Japan yet. Most likely will become Chapters 9 to 12.
