I can't find the original on Google to verify it was distributed in multiple languages because it's been pirated dozens of times and had DMCA takedowns dozens of times. Apparently, some of Tottoko Starou's publications are considered lost media and I'm sure it's actually a trivial matter to find the original, but I'm not some kind of anime archival and publisher expert. Common sense would say that multiple languages are actually published through multiple publishers and regions and are never distributed as a single.

Apparently, the original publisher rereleased this comic in a multi language format online last year. The original published date was in the 90s.
