This Soushuuhen / Compilation was first released back in August 2024 exclusively at Fanza, then a reissue with wider distribution in September 2025, so naturally it doesn't contain all releases for this series so far, only the First Four doujin, Special color pages for them, textless pages, and some exclusive new pages, top it all a special feature is the First Chapter of the mainstream serialization version given at the end.

List of the original works in this Soushuuhen:

- Pages 107 to 127 here are exclusive to this Soushuuhen release, they were all new.
- Bonus: First Chapter for the serial manga version at the end.

The Afterword of this Soushuuhen is Kaduchi being impressed this doujin series has went this far, with several releases, he likes it and plans to keep working on it, planning to show how Kouichi and Hana raise their first child Kanon (indeed, if you look at the following doujin beyond what's in this compilation, it does show some of that, between all the sex); also Kaduchi thanks Kadokawa for giving him a chance to publish the serial version, which was begining when this Soushuuhen was first released, where Kaduchi claims the focus is to show more layers for all characters, specially Hana, to show she isn't just a lewd gyaru hungry for sex.

Thus it doesn't shed any light on the recent developments the Doujin universe went through in latest release, where a 16 year time skip happened, where Kouichi, the protagonist is heavily teased to be "gone", with some hints making readers believe Kouichi may have passed away, but nothing was confirmed at the time of this writing, so Kaduchi still has some explaining left to do.
