My 30th translation bounty via EH Bounty system completed (just yesterday, in fact!)

This translation bounty produced two accepted versions by watisit and Madao. While I accepted watist's version, Madao wanted to release his own version - so I offered to do editing for him as well. Both versions are similar, but with some minor rewording or changes, so it's ultimately up to readers' preferences as to which version they prefer to go with.

This version was translated by watisit and edited & typeset by me. Sorry it took me so long to get around to editing - had lot of stuff happening that I'm falling behind on my bounties. There was someone accept the bounty first, but claimed by someone else.
I think the system should change in order not to be owned by a few people.
Or I can just complete some task first, make a bounty by another account, wait for the bounty to rise, then complete it myself.
At least once accepted, there should be a block preventing others to claim for a few hours or even days.
