Second main AI slop I've made to entertain myself and figured others might enjoy too.

Some notes:
- Any content I upload will eventually be full gender/genital transformation, and themes will often include forced MTF / unwillingness / non-consent (goes without saying, but I do not endorse non-consensual sex IRL, this is for kink/fantasy only). If you're into that, then great. If not, then this may not be the content for you.
- I'm doing this for my own amusement and I generally generate the images and story long before adding in the captions. As such, I do not take requests.
- Feel free to do whatever you want with this content (repost, generate your own art, translate, etc), so long as you're not pretending to be me.

I use tungsten.run to generate these images, if you're curious here's an example prompt from this set:

WAI-NSFW-illustrious-SDXL
Illus Scores - IllusN3g
Illus Scores - IllusP0s
(I also often use breast size / hip sliders to adjust body proportions).

Positive:
Vanripper, Vanitaker, (general descriptors)

Negative:
bad quality, worst quality, censored, bad hand, watermark, speech_bubble, sharp teeth, glowing eyes, (general negative descriptors)

Uploading for free because I do not endorse people paying for AI generated content, please support real artists.

For those coming from SammyX10:
- Other than art style and the involuntary transformation theme, this comic is of no relation.
- This comic will not feature kidnapping nor other related themes, and it will be a slower burn overall.
- Updates will not be as consistent / frequent. I decided to start uploading that comic once pretty much all of the image generation was done and all I needed to do was caption it, this comic neither has its existing content fully captioned, nor does it even have half of its images generated.
- Currently no repeating/similar frames for sex scenes exist, if I do go that route I'll try to see if I can make it a gif or something as those were a common complaint, and frankly captioning them kind of ruined the pacing.

Base +6, eghorfiaklam +17, babykataboy -6, RkR +7

@globbo not to spoil too much, but unfortunately that's not really where this story is going. I guess it's worth mentioning that the rate of transformation is a slower burn than SammyTG, but it's not majorly slower, it's more so that it doesn't go from 0 to 100 jumping straight to kidnapping and sex scenes afterwards.

@Climatic0230 I'm not sure what happened there, it shows up as it always does under my uploads but it doesn't seem searchable? I tried opening the gallery link from a private window but it said the gallery was not public or removed, but it shows as visible and non-expunged when I go to manage it, and the link works for me specifically. I didn't make any changes to it so not sure why that happened, but I did notice this happened after I uploaded this gallery. If anyone has a fix let me know, hopefully it fixes itself in a day or so but I can always re-upload.

Not currently seeing a gender change tag. Is that because it hasn't been introduced in the story, and Jack's transformation only going to be feminization (sissy/shemale), or will he go full MTF?

Base +6, babykataboy -6

Really appreciate you taking feedback on board xx

Base +6, babykataboy -6

@DrSarcasm, it will go full MTF but currently of what's been posted there's only crossdress so far, so it feels disingenuous to add the tag before there's even the start of physical changes.

Definitely a fan of the forced/non-consent MtF :) I think meant to be/not an option/submission works well for TG content.
Fully in favor of slow burning the transformation with incremental breast growth, figure shaping, and the good ol’ slow burning TG tricks :)

Just some notes:
- Yes the bottom surgery (obviously) happens pretty early in this one. That won’t *always* be the case in potential future works, but this fit better with the plan for this story. That said, if it’s written by me, it’ll always happen eventually, and it *will* happen before the very end of the story. If you’re looking for purely crossdress/sissy content look elsewhere.
- Future stories may not involve surgery and may be slightly more sci-fi or fantasy (I don’t have any specific plans, but I also am not committed to the surgery angle).
- Obviously this story requires some suspension of disbelief: real hormones don’t work this fast, doctors probably would be better at diagnosing the issue and obviously not recommend a sports bra to stop stimulation, etc. It’s not hyper-realistic, it’s rendered in a cartoon style. Enjoy the ride for what it is.

Having a dick doesn't automatically make something "crossdressing" or "sissy." I don't ascribe to those silly porn site definitions. That being said, this guy isn't trans. He's being non-consensually fucked with and very clearly identifies as male. That alone makes it crossdressing no matter how feminine you end up forcing his body to be.

Base +6, Jason2448 +1, Jimjim6988 +1, Sissysamson +1, echizen128 +6

@globbo I'm not looking to have a debate over the terminology, (and yes I agree that neither Jack nor Sammy meet the definition for trans given that both are essentially unwilling participants). I was just trying to indicate that in my works there is going to be a genital transformation at some point in the story. If that's not some people's thing that's totally fine, everyone has their preferences.

The gooner side of me is enjoying it, but the rest of me is stuck on how absurd it is.

In the last story with Sammy, it stayed at least somewhat within the realm of possibility, with him initially agreeing to the donor goals and procedures and then later being kidnapped and held prisoner.

@Jofiel Jack has no degree, almost no savings, and his only work experience is bartending. Given that he just went through a traumatic experience, you think he’d want to leave and try to make a new public identity immediately? How would he begin to afford to have another procedure if he’s making just above minimum wage and paying for his own room and board? After paying to go to the doctor, does he even have enough to pay for a shitty apartment’s security deposit or last month’s rent?

Totally concede regarding suspension of disbelief regarding the surgery. Both the being scheduled and done without explicit consent, as well as the “growth tech” sci-fi of it having an absurdly fast recovery, not leaving scars, and being full functioning is obviously unrealistic. I could make that more realistic but the reality of real surgical procedures isn’t exactly a turn on (at least for me).

As for whether Jack stays or leaves once the dust has settled, that I won’t share yet. Currently I’ve captioned through part 8, and that’s only ~1/3rd of the total I’ve generated images for so far (I take long breaks so I don’t release all the content at once to keep a more regular update schedule). The story up to that point is set in stone, but it still hasn’t approached the ending yet. I have gotten a little too picky about consistency between shots for some later scenes though, I may need to lighten up on that as some of these frames are taking like 100+ generations and photo editing just for consistency x_x

@TGPie he could idk CALL THE FUCKING POLICE lmao nothing about what happened is legal he could threaten then doctor with malpractice even staying at a women's shelter at this point would be safer 🤣 Yeah the surgery is absolutely insane but that isn't even the craziest part its the fact that he stayed afterwards.

Keep up the good work. Yeah, the plot is flimsy, but that's just how it goes with porn. Half the doujinshi on this site make even less sense and no one complains about those.

Could he go to the police or potentially take the hospital to court to sue for malpractice in real life? I mean this would never happen irl, but yeah he probably could and win a settlement. In universe the explanation for why he won’t do that would be that he signed every consent document, he doesn’t have the money for a lawyer, and his mother is his health care proxy and would testify against him saying that he’s confused and did this willingly. Also Jack isn’t exactly the brightest bulb and may assume that he doesn’t have a case even if he does. (As far as staying at a woman’s shelter, that would mean fully accepting that he’s a woman which he may not be able to stomach yet regardless).

Although frankly yeah none of that really matters, this is smut. The justification of the plot will be flimsy at times. If I find something more entertaining than the realistic alternative, I’m going for the entertaining one. Enjoy the ride, or don’t, up to you.

Love the artwork. Reminds me a bit of Gorillaz.

Obviously the creator is going to take this story wherever they want it to go but I can't help commenting on my own hopes for it. I get that this story is about body horror, femdom and humiliation but I would really love to see that done with a lighter touch than Sammy X10 (which I also enjoyed very much). Hopefully we'll see some more boob and butt growth but personally I'd like it to stop short of bimbofication,

I'd also like to see Jack slowly coming around to realizing the advantages of being a girl. Multiple orgasms. Guys buy you things. Maybe a life as a tradwife, sugar baby or high end hooker would suit a slacker like him?

How about putting him in the situation where he's forced to go on a date with a nice dude who is unaware of Jack's situation? Having to wear a revealing dress to a fancy restaurant, dealing with feeling protected by his date on public transportation and city streets?

It would be great if the mom could have some experience with empathy as well. I assume Jack's former equipment is in storage somewhere in the hospital -- maybe Mom gets curious and decides to put it to use?

@TGPie A medical proxy dosnt have carte blanche to do whatever they want, she wouldn't have just been able to call in and completely change a procedure like that. Also you cant just have someone deemed incapacity that easily lol is she some kind of underworld kingpin with a ton of influence and power or something? Also the doctor would need informed concent from him before the procedure meaning he would need to explain in detail everything involved not just having him sign a paper. With a malpractice suit this glaring he wouldn't enable need to pay a retainer for a lawyer they would easily take a percentage of the settlement. None of your justifications make even the slightest since but its all kinda moot anyway. All that aside him just going home to stay with the psycho who had him castrated for such petty shit is the MOST unbelievable part. Homelessness would be safer than being near her. So stupid 🙄

Just work out her atitude with a slow burn friend that helps her and after some time she starts to dress better, do more feminine things, and discover that she likes him,,,, this is a nice progression because after that you can still toss a 2nd girl interested in his friend, she still thinks that she likes girls and tryes to prove herself, so we could have a lesbian action, and finally she could go to her friend after a trigger, like... he was abandoned by his gf or something like that

@elevenblade not going to confirm where the story is going, but will say there’s not going to be any incest. No interest in that. The mom is a psycho, but she’s not gonna fuck her kid.

@globbo generally I instructed the model to make the face notably shorter and rounder in shots post surgery, but the ai model started doing that a bit due to the prompting style even pre-surgery. I also never prompted for the lashes or eyebrows, but again, it’s AI art. This is why you should support real artists and I consider AI work cheap schlock and don’t charge for it.

@Jofiel to quote what I already said: “Totally concede regarding suspension of disbelief regarding the surgery. Both the being scheduled and done without explicit consent, as well as the “growth tech” sci-fi of it having an absurdly fast recovery, not leaving scars, and being full functioning is obviously unrealistic. I could make that more realistic but the reality of real surgical procedures isn’t exactly a turn on (at least for me).” Basically the whole premise of surgery without consent is hard to justify with any semblance of realism. Best I can give you is that this is an AU where there is a lot less consent needed for procedures and having them changed. As for staying with the mom, that’s a little more believable, but is a bit of a personality thing. I’d assume being homeless and being preyed on by guys on the streets is not something Jack would want, and regardless his mom is still his best chance as far as he’s concerned of turning back (at least he’s holding onto hope of that for now, whether he stays long term…). Story isn’t hyperrealistic or anything, but there is at least a justification for everything that happens. Also it’s smut, if it’s more interesting for the story, imma go in that direction believable or not.

@the_old_hunter it’s sci-fi surgery with a full transformation, uterus, etc, but I get that. It’s not for everyone. This is the second time I’ve gone in this direction, next story probably won’t tread the same ground.

Forced/reluctant protagonists is such a staple trope of male to female gender ending porn/erotica.

I'm usually totally fine with it. Sometimes though, the way it is written crosses a line where I just can't accept the protagonist ever being a woman. To me, they have to be a trans man now.

That's where this story falls for me.

By no means am I the fun police though! I hope it tickles someone else's fancy. Obviously not everyone in or adjacent to enjoying gender bendy stuff is looking for stuff that's just disguised wish fulfillment for trans women.

It's not the forced angle that makes this extra unplesasant for readers, because sex change TF stories are overwhelmingly forced. The whole point of that is that it allows the protagonist to experience womanhood (or manhood) without making a choice that they could hypothetically be condemned for. It's a type of wish fulfillment with zero moral responsibility.

No, the real issue with stories like this is the fact that the entire story has a consistent tone of dread, with a protag who never stops hating every step of the process. With forced TF, Usually the protag gives in and begins to embrace it, either through manipulation or mind control or just gradual acceptance. Sometimes (lets be honest, a lot of the time) the protag gets won over as soon as they get a good dicking.

This story isn't like that. Its main character reacts a lot more like a real person would. It makes the whole process feel less like a fun kink amd more like a prison sentence. Which isn't automatically a bad thing, mind you. It's just not everyone’s preferred vibe.

Base +20, Codjumper +11, jen0007 +1, Sissysamson +1, Jimjim6988 +1, Idkwhy00 +1, Jason2448 +1, Samjen95 +1, Archie088 +1, liberius +6, echizen128 +6, danget +6, CockBlock11 +6

FWIW I’m not personally into the “they’re immediately into it” angle if it’s a forced tg story. Not all of my preferred stories *are* forced, (I also enjoy voluntary, or a situation where it’s voluntary and then they’re stuck), but this and SammyX10 certainly are forced tgs. Sammy was doomed to not come around to it after the kidnap angle, this story will not follow that path (that was a darker direction than I normally go in tbf). Not going to say where this one is going, but if Jack does come around to things, it will be gradual with conflicted feelings and reluctance. This is not going to be a story where they hate it and then all of a sudden their mind is broken by an orgasm during sex.

As for the suggestion that Jack could sue, the story doesn’t go into great detail, but the assumption is that he signed all written consent forms and the hospital isn’t legally at fault (as unrealistic as that may be if this happened IRL). Fact is that a story about a guy suing and winning a settlement against a hospital, moving into his own place, and having a reversal change doesn’t make for a very compelling plot heh

Base +4, simopen +6, jen0007 -1, Sissysamson -1, Jimjim6988 -1, Idkwhy00 -1, Jason2448 -1, Samjen95 -1, Archie088 -1

@TGPie "Fact is that a story about a guy suing and winning a settlement against a hospital, moving into his own place, and having a reversal change doesn’t make for a very compelling plot heh" Right so instead you wrote a story about a psychotic mother who torments and eventually castrates her mentally handicapped son, right on.

At least with Sammy the story had a logical sequence of events. He willing changed his body for wealth and clout, fair enough this happens every day. When the story hits its extreme point and Sammy ends up abducted and held against his will he compiles because its literally that or death, fair enough while that is intense it still makes sense.

However the leaps on logic for this story are so insane and paper thin. It starts off fine, mom catches son peeping so to punish him she puts him through some humiliation to teach him a lesson, sure a little extreme but fine. She then starts to drug him against his will because...reasons, oookaayyy I guess sure. At this point he has completely followed and done everything his mom has told him to do and he thinks he is going to get his life back until his mother HAS HIM CASTRATED like what the fuck is this leap lol. And it dosnt stop there to make this make sense you need to justify it out of the story by saying its a AU where doctors can just do whatever they want and he signed a paper so he cant sue because I said so, cool cool. So then what happens next? The son returns home furious knowing full well his mother did this to him and he yells and then agrees to be a good little girl? Um what....he then goes online to see how much it would cost to fix everything and its 150k minimum and for some reason he actually thinks if he is good his mommy will pay to have him go back. Even though he was literally doing everything she said before SHE HAD HIM CASTRATED....okay dude

@Jofiel this back and forth is going in circles, so I’m gonna leave this as my final response to these comments. You’re entitled to think that this story is too much of a stretch and that’s totally fine. If the plot conveniences are too immersion breaking for you then I hope you find other stories that are more up your alley. I will admit I’m surprised you take less issue with SammyX10, just a few plot holes in regards to realism:

- Sammy has a legally binding obligation to follow through on his donation goal promises, even when those promises include surgery with the repercussion of having to return the donation funds. IRL there’s no way that’s legal.
- Sammy gets chloroformed and immediately passes out, that’s not actually how chloroform works, it only functions like that in movies.
- Sammy was moved in broad daylight by a single person with no one noticing. Yes it was early, but they had just gone to an open business within walking distance of their home, the likelihood of no one noticing is astronomically low.

etc, etc. There are conveniences and leaps made that are done for the sake of the story being told. At the end of the day though this comic was made for my entertainment and I’m only sharing it out of the interest that others in a similar position would do the same rather than keep it to themselves. The best I can offer you are my thoughts regarding additional context for how I envisioned the situation outside of what’s directly referenced in the dialogue. If your goal is to influence where the story goes from here, the plot for the next 400 or so pages is already set in stone. If your goal is to influence a future story, sorry to say but I’m still just going to do what entertains me most. If your goal is to just vent frustration, by all means continue but I’m done responding. If it’s not for you, it’s not for you.

@TGPie my point for bringing up Sammy was the sequence of events had a logical progression not that everything in the story made 100% sense. I thought that was pretty straight forward but I guess not. You are right though that this is a free story that you wrote for yourself and decided to share so thats fair enough.

I really appreciate the consistent, strong sense of self your feminized protagonists have TGPie. The forced aspect feels compelling enough to progress the story while the mindset of the protag is engaging while showing the disparity between thought and body. It feels boring when a character just flicks over and fully adopts the gender they are being feminized into as though their previous self never existed.

Hello @TGPie thank you for this beautiful Comic. I am sure that you have planned something even more exciting for her in the coming Parts.
If I may say, I really liked the Story and the Art of the Comic SammyX10
I had bookmarked the Comic, to complete it later on. But.... Before I could complete it, it was removed.. On trying to open that Bookmark the Error said that it was either deleted or removed.
There is chinese Version of the Comic, which one could search for and view on this Website, but the Story is not complete and it stops about in the Middle of the Changes/Comic.
Since others and you yourself are unable to open the Comic through the Link you have, is there any Chance that you could upload it once again..?
Would that be any troublesome? Or would it be... costly..?

@LonelyLoner1989 I'm not really sure what happened regarding the SammyX10 gallery, it's still live for some but not for others. Might've been region locked or something due to the content? I tried updating it at one point to see if that fixed it but it didn't. I still have all the files and can access it myself but not really certain how to resolve the issues there. If someone who has access wants to reupload to some other site or dropbox or something be my guest.

@LonelyLoner1989 @TGPie The SammyX10 story is now only on the ex version of the site instead of standard e-hentai. It's mostly the same website, but it contains galleries that are apparently off limits from the normal version for one reason or another. If you can't access it, you need to get the sadpanda extension which unlocks access. It sometimes takes a while to kick in.

@Ren084 and whoever else alright. Just because the same point keeps circling around and around I’ll get straight to the real answer but be forewarned:

Spoilers Below:

As of Part 7 it’s been less than 24 hours since Jack got out of surgery. He’s supposed to be in shock and not really thinking straight. He’s just gone through a traumatic experience and isn’t sure what to do, he’s not processing at full capacity and he’s still just trying to make sense of it all. The person he’s trusted since he was born has royally messed up his life and he’s still trying to come to terms with the fact that his mother isn’t at all who he thought she was. It’s really easy to look at the situation as an outside observer and say “he should leave”, but anyone that’s been in an abusive relationship will tell you that it takes people time to come to that realization, and he’s had LESS THAN A DAY. Will he stay with his mom long term? Even if Jack’s mom will never change him back, she’s still offering him a place to stay with room and board in exchange for Jack obeying her humiliating demands; and room and board is meaningful given that Jack will want to try to save as much as he can to afford to reverse his changes if he’s not getting his mom’s help. After all, he’s only making a bartender’s salary and has almost no savings. He may hold onto hope despite evidence to the contrary that his mom will reverse the changes because staying at home still seems preferable to finding his own place given the monetary trade offs. Eventually though the shock will wear off and he’ll come to grips with the fact that his mom has no intention of reversing any of the changes. At that point he’ll have to choose whether he wants to stay for financial incentives or leave to get away from his psychotic mother regardless of the monetary consequences. If this part of the comic where Jack is still holding onto hope that his mom may change him back is too unrealistic, then once it’s out you can skip ahead to where he no longer thinks that. But he’s not stupid so much as he’s in denial currently.

@TGPie rule of thumb for storytelling : if you need to explain out of story so the story works, you need to rework the story to somehow include that explanation of enough hints so the reader can infer.

Not saying this to bash you. It's hentai, guy got surgery and magically healed instantly anyway. So it's pretty clear this is not realistic. And most hentai authors do not care that much about the obvious plot holes with these gender bending stories. Even most of the slowburn stories don't make sense unless you accept that the protagonist is an idiot or you just hand-wave the issue as non-existent.

So, if you want to tell this story without the kind of explanation you just gave here, so be it. It's fine.
If you want to explore that side of the story, you need to put it on the page, somehow, not in the comments, though.

That said, I think you got this comment because some people may feel tired of this trope where the transformation is happening way too conveniently for realism standards.

(ps: I know you explained your case to justify yourself, but you don't really need to)

@davcha fair point, more could be communicated on the page. Some of what I said is in later chapters, will have to let folks decide if it is to a sufficient standard once those are out. All that said, I do intentionally limit the amount of text per frame to 4 lines to not let these comics get too bogged down with long dialogues. Longer text would allow me to tell a better story with more detailed thoughts and insights from the characters in the source material, but personally the last thing I want from a tg comic is lengthy text that hitches the flow. I did make that mistake with SammyX10, notably sex scenes being captioned throughout. Those really didn’t need captions for most of the frames, and it killed the pacing. In the future I’ll be trying to do GIFs in similar contexts (assuming the site allows me). If I had a genuine story I wanted to tell, then yes I’d go deeper into character details and motivations. The story here is more just a framework for the graphic content.

Fascinating to see a tg/forcefemme story where the protagonist actually experiences dysphoria from his appearance.

@TGPie lmao I feel like an abusive relationship and having somone literally cut your dick and balls off are a bit different in scale my guy. He has a dad right? I would hope he would help his son escape his psychotic ex wife. Idk man it is just such an insane ask to believe somone would actually sleep in the same house as somone who did this to them.

Guys, cut @TGPie some slack. Sure, some of the criticism is fair, but at the end of the day, this is erotic TG fetish fiction. Let's be real, 99% of stories in this genre require a pretty generous suspension of disbelief at some point. That's part of the fantasy, and I don't think every plot point needs to hold up to real-world scrutiny.

Personally, I love the story and the direction it's taking. What I find particularly refreshing is that Jack doesn't just magically embrace his new femininity the moment his body changes. He resists, struggles with what's happening, and clings to his old identity. That's something surprisingly rare in TG fiction, where protagonists often go from unwilling victims to enthusiastic participants almost overnight. For me, that internal conflict makes the story far more interesting.

@TGPie, keep up the great work! I'm really enjoying the progression and looking forward to seeing where you take it. Hope we'll get to see a lot more from you in the future!

I do agree, ironically, that the one thing that is *so far* being depicted super accurately is the dysphoria.

@TGPie when you get to that point I hope he gets to ruin his mom. There are not enough stories where the victim gets any revenge. Maybe have him post on social media that his insane mom forcibly transitioned him. A story like that would go viral instantly. Her social life would be ruined, flooded with threats, losses job, gets doxxed etc. Make her life hell. Honestly he could even get a go fund me for the surgery too if he wanted by the end. Whatever happens she needs to pay.

@Dizzy_TG appreciate the defense but honestly it’s fine. No matter what these comics are never going to appeal to everyone. The only reason I’m even sharing this is just because I’ve consumed content of the genre for years without supporting any creators, and having made this for my own viewing it didn’t feel right keeping it private knowing that someone else like me would get value out of it in a genre that’s relatively sparse on content. So long as some people get something out of it then it was worth sharing.

part 9

Jack had been home for almost an hour and still hadn’t managed to relax. The bar shift had been the worst one yet. Three different groups of guys had spent the entire night staring at his chest, one of them had asked if the tits were real while his friends laughed, and another had tried to slip him his number with a twenty-dollar tip. By the time he finally locked the apartment door behind him, his shoulders ached from the bra straps and his head was buzzing with the constant low-level humiliation of being looked at like that.

He peeled the white crop top off, then the bra, and tossed both onto the chair. The relief of taking the bra off was immediate, but it didn’t quiet the rest of the noise in his head. He stood in the middle of his room in just the black panties Mom had bought him, arms crossed under the heavy weight of his breasts, staring at nothing.

“Fuck this,” he muttered.

He sat on the edge of the bed and rubbed his face. The stress was sitting in his body like a second skin. Every time he closed his eyes he saw the way those guys had looked at him. The way their eyes had dropped to his chest and stayed there. The way one of them had licked his lips. He hated it. He hated how his body responded to the attention even while his mind rejected it. His nipples had stayed half-hard for most of the shift just from the friction of the bra and the way the shirt kept shifting when he moved.

Jack shifted on the mattress. The panties were already a little damp. He’d been half-aware of it for the last hour and had been trying not to think about it. Sitting down at the bar, walking, even just standing still—the new anatomy kept reminding him it was there. Soft. Sensitive. Completely foreign.

He glanced at the door. Mom was in her room. The apartment was quiet.

“…Just once,” he told himself under his breath. “Just to shut my brain off. Then I’m done.”

He lay back against the pillows and stared at the ceiling. His breasts settled against his chest, heavy and warm. One hand drifted up almost on its own and cupped the left one. The skin was soft. When he squeezed, the flesh gave under his fingers in a way that still felt wrong and right at the same time. His thumb brushed over the nipple and it stiffened immediately. A small, involuntary sound left his throat.

“Fuck.”

He did it again, slower this time. Pinched lightly. Rolled it between his fingers. Heat spread down his stomach. The panties were sticking to him now. He could feel how wet he was getting just from touching his own chest. That part still pissed him off more than anything else—how easily his body reacted.

His other hand slid down his stomach, over the soft curve of his lower belly, and stopped at the waistband of the panties. He hesitated. His heart was beating faster. This was the part he’d been avoiding. He’d washed himself in the shower. He’d sat down to piss. But he hadn’t really *touched* himself there. Not like this.

Jack hooked his thumbs into the waistband and pushed the panties down his thighs. Cool air hit the damp skin between his legs and he shivered. He kicked the panties off the rest of the way and let his knees fall open a little. For a second he just lay there, staring down at himself. The sight still made his stomach twist. No cock. Just the soft, swollen outer lips and the small, neat slit between them. It looked like it belonged to someone else.

“This is so fucked,” he whispered.

His hand moved lower. The first touch was light—just the pads of two fingers resting against the outer lips. They were slick. He dragged his fingers up slowly and felt the wetness smear. When he reached the top he found the little hooded nub and brushed over it by accident.

His hips jerked.

“Ah—!”

The sensation was sharp and electric, nothing like anything he’d felt before. His whole body tensed. He pulled his hand back for a second, breathing hard, then carefully touched it again. Gentler. A slow circle with one fingertip.

“Holy shit…”

It felt good. Really good. Too good. Every little movement sent a pulse of heat through his pelvis that made his thighs twitch. He kept his touch light, exploring, learning the shape of it. The hood was sensitive. When he pressed a little harder and rubbed in small, tight circles, his mouth fell open and a shaky breath left him.

His other hand stayed on his breast, kneading and pinching without much thought. The combination made everything feel more intense. He could feel himself getting wetter, the slickness spreading under his fingers. When he slid two fingers lower, between the lips, they glided easily. The entrance was soft and hot and already open a little from how turned on he was.

He pushed one finger inside.

The feeling was strange. Tight. Warm. Completely different from anything he remembered. His finger sank in to the second knuckle without much resistance and the walls fluttered around it. He stayed still for a moment, just feeling it, then slowly curled his finger.

“Fuck… fuck…”

He added a second finger. The stretch made him gasp. It wasn’t painful, just full. When he started moving them—slow, shallow thrusts—his hips lifted off the bed to meet the motion. Wet sounds filled the quiet room. His clit throbbed under the heel of his palm every time his hand moved.

Jack’s breathing turned ragged. He couldn’t keep his thoughts straight. Every time he tried to remind himself that this was wrong, that he didn’t want this body, the next stroke of his fingers wiped the thought away. His thighs were shaking. His nipples were so hard they ached. He pinched one roughly and the spike of sensation made him clench hard around his fingers.

“Ah—! Shit—!”

He started fucking himself a little faster. The wet, obscene sound of his fingers moving in and out was loud in the quiet room. He could feel how soaked he was; it was dripping down onto the sheets. His free hand left his breast and moved down to his clit again. He rubbed it in tight circles while his fingers pumped deeper.

The pressure built fast. His legs spread wider without him telling them to. He was panting now, small broken sounds slipping out every time his fingers hit a sensitive spot inside. His stomach tensed. The muscles in his thighs trembled. He could feel the orgasm coming and part of him wanted to stop, wanted to pull his hand away and prove he still had control, but his body wasn’t listening.

“Fuck— fuck, I’m gonna—”

His fingers curled hard. His thumb pressed down on his clit and rubbed fast. The climax hit him all at once. His back arched off the bed, a sharp cry tearing out of his throat as his pussy clenched rhythmically around his fingers. Pleasure rolled through him in heavy waves, stronger and longer than anything he’d felt before. His hips jerked against his hand. More wetness spilled out around his fingers. He kept rubbing through it, chasing every last pulse until the oversensitivity made him gasp and finally pull his hand away.

Jack collapsed back against the pillows, chest heaving. His fingers were soaked. His thighs were sticky. The aftershocks still fluttered through him every few seconds. For a little while he just lay there, staring at the ceiling, trying to catch his breath.

Then the rest of it came back.

He covered his face with his clean hand. His other hand was still wet between his legs. The smell of sex was on his fingers. He’d just made himself come with a pussy. Hard. And it had felt better than almost anything he could remember from before.

“Goddamn it,” he whispered, voice rough.

He didn’t move for a long time. The stress from the shift was gone, burned out by the orgasm, but something else had taken its place. A heavier, quieter kind of dread. Because now he knew how good it could feel. And he knew he was going to do it again.

Outside his room, the apartment stayed quiet. Mom didn’t knock. The world didn’t end. Jack just lay there in the dark, legs still spread, fingers still sticky, and tried not to think about how easy it had been to make himself feel good in the body she’d given him.

part 10

Jack clocked in twenty minutes early because he couldn’t stand sitting in the apartment any longer. The sheets from last night still smelled faintly like sex no matter how many times he’d wiped them down, and every time he closed his eyes he felt the aftershocks again—those tight, rhythmic clenches around his fingers that had gone on longer than he wanted to admit. He’d showered twice. It didn’t help. The memory sat under his skin, warm and insistent, and the only way he could think of to drown it out was to make enough money that he never had to think about his body again.

Gus was already behind the bar, wiping down the speed rail. He looked up when Jack pushed through the swinging door and gave a short nod.

“You’re early.”

“Couldn’t sleep,” Jack muttered. He grabbed an apron and tied it low, then immediately regretted the way the knot pulled the hem of the black crop top higher. The undersides of his breasts were visible. He tugged the fabric down, but it just rode back up.

Gus’s eyes flicked there for half a second before he looked away. “Manager wants you on the floor tonight. We’re short. Tips’ll be better if you can handle the tables.”

Jack’s stomach tightened. Tables meant walking. Walking meant bouncing. Bouncing meant more staring. He almost said no. Then he thought about the $800 from last week and how little of it had been left after rent and the new sports bras Mom kept buying him, and he swallowed the refusal.

“Fine.”

The first hour was manageable. He took drink orders, kept his answers short, and tried not to lean over when he set the glasses down. It didn’t matter. Eyes still dropped. One guy in a polo shirt watched his chest the entire time Jack wrote down a round of IPAs, then tipped two dollars on a thirty-dollar tab. Jack stared at the bills for a second, jaw tight, then shoved them into the apron pocket.

By the time the second wave of regulars came in, he decided he was done leaving money on the table. He hated the idea. His stomach turned every time he thought about smiling at one of them on purpose. But last night’s orgasm was still in his head, and the only thing worse than flirting for tips was the possibility that he might start wanting the feeling again if he stayed broke and stressed and alone in that bed.

So he tried.

It was bad. He knew it was bad while he was doing it. A guy at the corner table asked what was good on tap and Jack said, “Depends what you’re in the mood for,” in a voice that came out flatter than he meant. The guy blinked. Jack felt heat crawl up his neck. He tried again with the next table—leaned one hip against the edge of the booth, forced the corner of his mouth up, and asked if they wanted anything else while he collected empties. One of them grinned. Another looked at his tits and didn’t look away. Jack’s skin prickled. He walked back to the bar with his shoulders stiff and his face hot, already regretting it.

Gus watched him set the tray down.

“You okay?”

“I’m fine.”

“You’re talking different.”

“I’m trying to make rent,” Jack snapped, quieter than he meant to. Gus held up both hands and went back to pouring.

The high-school guy showed up just after ten. Jack recognized him the second he walked in—Derek something, from junior year chemistry. He’d been on the baseball team. Tall. Broad shoulders. He’d never said more than ten words to Jack back then. Now he was looking at Jack like he’d never seen him before, eyes tracking from the crop top down to the tight black jeans Mom had insisted on, then back up.

Jack’s throat went dry. He almost turned around and let Gus take the table. Instead he walked over, notebook in hand, and tried to keep his face neutral.

“What can I get you?”

Derek’s mouth curved. “Jackie, right? Thought that was you. Damn. You look… different.”

“It’s Jack,” he said automatically. The name felt thinner every time he used it. “You want a beer or what?”

“Whatever’s on special. And… you got a minute? Or are you slammed?”

Jack glanced at the other tables. He wasn’t slammed. He also didn’t want to stand here. But the tip jar on his tray was still light, and Derek was already pulling out his wallet.

“I’ve got a minute.”

They talked for maybe four minutes. Derek kept smiling. Jack answered in short sentences, shifted his weight, crossed his arms under his chest when Derek’s gaze dropped again, then uncrossed them because he remembered the tips. It felt mechanical and obvious. He hated every second. Derek didn’t seem to notice. When Jack finally said he had to check on another table, Derek slid a folded bill and a scrap of receipt across the table.

“Text me if you want. Or don’t. Either way.”

Jack picked them up. The bill was a fifty. The scrap had a number written on it in neat block letters. His stomach turned, but his fingers closed around both. He nodded once, muttered something that might have been “thanks,” and walked away before Derek could say anything else.

He didn’t look at the number again until he was in the back hallway. He stared at it for a long second, then shoved it into his pocket with the fifty. The money felt heavier than it should have. He told himself he was only keeping it because he needed it. He told himself he wasn’t going to text. Both things were true. Neither one made the heat in his face go away.

By the time his shift ended, the apron pocket was thicker than it had been in weeks. Jack counted it in the parking lot under the weak overhead light: almost two hundred, counting the fifty. He should have felt better. Instead he just felt tired and faintly nauseous, like he’d swallowed something that hadn’t settled.

The apartment was dark when he got home. Mom’s bedroom door was closed. A package sat in the middle of his bed, plain brown shipping box, no note. Jack stood in the doorway for a moment, staring at it. His shoulders were already tight. He set the apron and the cash on the desk, then picked up the box.

It wasn’t heavy. He tore the tape open with his thumbnail and folded the flaps back.

The dildo was nestled in crumpled tissue paper. Flesh-colored. Realistic. Thick. The head was detailed, the shaft had raised veins, and at the base was a pair of heavy, rounded balls. It was bigger than anything he’d ever put inside himself. Bigger than two fingers. A lot bigger.

Jack’s stomach lurched. He made a small, choked sound and almost dropped the box. For a second he thought he was going to throw up right there on the carpet. He set the box on the bed instead, hands shaking, and backed up until his shoulders hit the wall.

“What the fuck,” he whispered. His voice cracked. “What the actual fuck.”

He stared at it. The silicone had a slight sheen under the bedroom light. It looked heavy. It looked like it would stretch. His mind supplied the image without permission—his own fingers from last night, two of them, the way his body had clenched and fluttered and gotten so wet he could hear it. This would be more. Deeper. Fuller. The thought made his thighs press together and his stomach turn at the same time.

He grabbed the dildo by the balls, yanked it out of the box, and threw it. It hit the far wall with a dull thud and dropped behind the laundry basket. The box followed a second later, tissue paper scattering across the floor. Jack stood there breathing hard, arms wrapped around his middle, staring at the spot where it had landed.

“I’m not— I’m not using that. I’m not.”

He turned the light off and got into bed in his clothes. The sheets were clean. He pulled the blanket up to his chin and closed his eyes. Sleep didn’t come. Every time he started to drift, his mind slid back to the weight of the thing in his hand, the way the head had felt against his palm, the low ache that had started between his legs the second he saw it. He shifted onto his side. Then onto his back. The panties he’d changed into after work were already damp again.

He pressed his face into the pillow and tried to think about the fifty-dollar bill instead. About Derek’s number. About how he was going to text him tomorrow and say something short and mean so the guy would stop. About how the extra money meant he could start saving again, really saving, and maybe in a year or two he could afford to fix this.

None of it stuck. His hand had drifted down without him noticing. Two fingers rested against the front of his panties, right over the place that was still swollen and sensitive from last night. He didn’t move them. He just lay there in the dark, breathing through his mouth, and tried not to picture how much thicker the dildo would feel than his fingers when—if—he ever stopped being angry long enough to find out.

Outside the room, the apartment stayed quiet. The dildo stayed on the floor behind the laundry basket. Jack stayed awake, thighs pressed together, and hated how badly he wanted to know.

part 11

Jack didn’t sleep. He dozed in short, ugly stretches and woke up every time his mind drifted back to the dildo on the floor. By six-thirty the sky outside was gray and his eyes felt gritty. He got up, pulled on yesterday’s jeans and a hoodie that was too big in the shoulders and too tight across the chest, and went looking for his mother.

She was in the kitchen in her robe, pouring coffee like it was any other morning. The box from last night was gone from his room. He didn’t ask where she’d put it. He just stood in the doorway with his arms crossed so hard his nails dug into his sleeves.

“What the fuck was that?”

Lisa didn’t look up right away. She stirred her coffee, tapped the spoon on the rim, and finally turned. Her expression was mild. Almost pleasant.

“Good morning to you too.”

“The package. On my bed. Don’t play dumb.”

She took a slow sip. “I heard you last night.”

Jack’s face went hot so fast it felt like a slap. “You— what?”

“Through the wall. You weren’t exactly quiet.” She set the mug down. “I thought you could use something better than your fingers. You’re welcome.”

For a second he couldn’t speak. The kitchen felt too small. He could still feel the phantom clench of his own body around his hand, and now she was standing there talking about it like she’d commented on the weather.

“You’re sick,” he said. His voice came out rough. “You’re actually sick. I don’t want that thing. I don’t want any of this. Take it back or throw it out or— I don’t care. Just get it out of my room.”

Lisa’s mouth curved, small and mean. “It’s already out of the box. If you don’t want it, don’t use it. But you’re the one who was moaning into your pillow at one in the morning, Jackie. Not me.”

He left before he said something he couldn’t take back. The front door slammed hard enough to rattle the frame. Outside, the air was cold and damp. He walked to the bus stop with his hands jammed in his pockets and his jaw clenched so tight it ached. Every step made the memory worse. She’d heard him. She’d bought him a cock because of it. The humiliation sat in his stomach like something rotten.

Work didn’t make it better, so he decided to make it useful.

He flirted harder than he had the night before. Not because he wanted to. Because every time he thought about the dildo or his mother’s voice, the only thing that quieted the nausea was the weight of cash in his apron. He smiled when customers looked at his chest. He laughed at jokes that weren’t funny. He leaned on the bar with his elbows tucked under his breasts so the neckline of the low-cut tank dipped, then straightened up like he hadn’t noticed. One table of guys in their thirties kept him there for almost ten minutes while they ordered round after round. He let them. When they finally left, the tip was sixty dollars and a comment about his ass that made his skin crawl. He took the money anyway.

By the end of the shift the apron was heavy. He counted it in the back hallway under the buzzing fluorescent light: three hundred and twelve dollars, mostly in twenties and fifties. His hands shook a little when he folded the stack. It was the most he’d made in one night. It should have felt like progress. Instead he just felt hollow and faintly sick, like he’d sold something he couldn’t get back.

On the bus home he shifted in the seat and felt paper crinkle in his back pocket. He pulled it out. The fifty-dollar bill. The scrap of receipt with Derek’s number still written on it in block letters. He’d forgotten both were there. The bus was half-empty. Streetlights slid across the window. Jack stared at the number until the digits blurred.

He was tired. His chest hurt from the bra. The apartment was going to be quiet except for whatever his mother decided to say, and the dildo was probably still on the floor where he’d thrown it. He opened his phone before he could talk himself out of it and typed the number in. The message was short.

*hey. this is jack. from the bar.*

He hit send, then immediately locked the screen and shoved the phone between his thighs like that would undo it. His heart was beating too fast. He told himself he was only doing it because he was lonely and the money had made him stupid. He told himself he could ignore whatever came back.

The reply arrived before the bus reached his stop.

*thought you might text. you looked good tonight.*

Jack stared at the words until the bus hissed to a stop. He didn’t answer. He got off, walked the two blocks home with the phone in his fist, and tried not to think about Derek’s shoulders or the way the guy had looked at him like he was something worth looking at.

The apartment was dark again. Mom’s door was closed. Jack’s bedroom door was open. The dildo was on the bed.

Not in the box. The box sat open on the floor, tissue paper spilled out. The dildo itself lay across the comforter, flesh-colored and glossy under the hallway light, balls resting against the fabric like it had been placed there on purpose. Jack stopped in the doorway. His stomach turned. For a second he thought about walking straight back out. Instead he crossed the room, picked the thing up by the base, and carried it into the bathroom.

He didn’t know why. His hands just did it.

He turned the shower on hot and stripped while the water warmed. The dildo sat on the closed toilet lid, staring at him. When he stepped under the spray he brought it with him without thinking. Water ran over his shoulders and down his chest. It ran over the dildo too, beading on the silicone, darkening the color along the veins. Jack held it under the stream and watched. His mouth was dry. His pulse was loud in his ears.

“I’m not gay,” he said out loud. The words bounced off the tile. “I’m not.”

He turned the dildo in his hands. The head was blunt and heavy. Water slid down the shaft. He lifted it without deciding to and pressed the tip against his lower lip. The silicone was warm from the shower and faintly slick. He opened his mouth. The head slid in. It tasted like nothing—clean, a little rubbery. His tongue moved against the underside on instinct and he made a small, startled sound around it.

He pulled back, breathing hard. Water ran into his eyes.

“Girls do this,” he muttered. “They just… they do this all the time. It’s not—”

He didn’t finish. He put it back in his mouth. Deeper this time. His lips stretched around the shaft. He sucked once, experimentally, and felt his own clit throb in response. The reaction made him angry and dizzy at the same time. He reached down with his free hand, slid two fingers between his legs, and found himself already swollen and slippery. The first stroke over his clit made his knees weaken. He braced his shoulder against the tile and kept sucking.

It was clumsy. He couldn’t take much of it. The head bumped the back of his throat and he gagged, pulled off, then went back down because the emptiness felt worse. His fingers worked faster between his legs—two inside, thumb on his clit, the same motion from the other night but rougher. Water poured over him. The wet sounds of his hand and his mouth mixed with the spray. He thought about Derek’s text. About the way the guy had looked at his chest. About how the dildo was thicker than his fingers and how his body kept clenching like it wanted more.

The orgasm hit while the head was still in his mouth. He came hard, thighs shaking, a broken noise muffled around the silicone. His fingers kept moving through it. More slickness coated his hand and washed away under the water. He sucked once more, helpless, then pulled the dildo free and let it hang at his side while he gasped against the tile.

For a few seconds there was only the water and the aftershocks. Then the rest of it crashed in.

He’d just sucked a cock in the shower. A fake one, but still. He’d come with it in his mouth. And right before he did, he’d thought about Derek—about a real guy, about the number in his pocket, about the way Derek had smiled at him like he already knew what Jack looked like under the clothes.

Jack’s stomach lurched. He dropped the dildo. It hit the tub floor with a heavy thud. He slid down the wall until he was sitting under the spray, knees drawn up, arms wrapped around them. The water beat on his back. His chest hitched. A sob tore out of him before he could stop it, then another. He pressed his forehead to his knees and cried, shoulders shaking, the sound ugly and loud in the small bathroom.

He stayed there until the water started to cool. When he finally turned it off, his eyes were red and his throat hurt. He left the dildo in the tub. He dried off with shaking hands, pulled on an old T-shirt and boxers that didn’t fit right anymore, and crawled into bed without turning the light on.

The phone was still on the nightstand. Derek’s message was still unread beneath the lock screen. Jack turned his face into the pillow, pulled the blanket over his head, and tried to stop crying long enough to sleep. It took a long time. Every time he almost drifted off, he felt the phantom weight of the dildo on his tongue and the ghost of Derek’s text behind his eyes, and the tears started again.

@TGPie I love that you are showing the true darkness that comes along with severe body dysmorphia. I just hope we can also get the catharsis of seeing something truly awful happen to the mother.

I love this comic. Please keep it going. It would be a shame if his mom promised to pay for his implants to get removed, only for bigger implants to be put in.
