@dap00: This set after the Manga/brotherhood (BIG SPOILER) when Ed and Al have both left to the West and East respectively to research alchemy and other sciences. Of course, Winry seems younger looking than she should, given the portrait in the finale is implied to be at least several years after.

I don't think ANYONE who fought alongside Ed would have tolerated this. He doesn't deserve it. He simply doesn't.

I'll admit the comic was very nice on a technical level, but what it told an FA fan like me was 'Just fuck them long enough and hard enough and no matter how deep the feelings between the couple were, the woman's yours!'
