Can anyone tell me what it means by "footjob(5)"?

For some reason whenever I tag this as footjob, it gets removed almost immediately. =/

Also "footjob(5)" means that the gallery contains the material of a footjob. The 5 is based on everyone who voted up and down on the tag, based on their karma.
