Edit: I know it doesn't say that in this translation, but it sounded a bit odd here, so I looked at the raw. The other background guy's reply was "Are sugee yo naa" Sugoi/suge has an odd quality where you could translate it either as "amazing" or "terrible". So instead of "Awesome shit, huh?" it could be "That was pretty awful." Which makes sense if someone finds a secret room with 5 cut up bodies in it.

I've watched it. That drug couldn't effect her, so its not really NTR.

She's a lonely girl who formed a symbiotic relationship with a demonic sword, she hides it within her blood and can bring it out ash she chooses (the reason why the drug wouldn't work). She can even control people's minds with it, and its "children" can do the same, spreading like a plague.

She might have been accepting of the sex just because she was lonely though, in which case she's just using them.

While she's timid and lonely for the most part though, she's actually quite vicious when she wants to be, attacking one of the strongest people in town. The Demonic Sword taught her all the techniques of its former masters, making her a perfect swordsman/swords-woman.

Her blades (including the children) are the only things we know of that can seriously injure Celty Sturleson the Dullahan/Black Bike Rider.
