I think the title was intended to be a pun because 海の見える家 can also be read as 'Home by the Sea.'

I'm with you, arael. I may be a weirdo, but I generally prefer pale skin and smallish breasts to tans and gigantic bazoongas. For me, her transformation was more disappointing than exciting.
