@izic If we look back to a certain play on of words commonly used in Japan. Radishes or Daikon as known in Japan have a certain way the kanji is formed and when added with another set of kanji it can mean thunder thighs, which is for fat thighs. As he/she is feeling themself up they can feel all that fat and thus the picture of daikon. I know this won't make plenty of sense at first but I can't really explain too well right now.
