I gotta agree with kusoman here, surely an artist can`t claim copyright infringement for characters that he or she hasn`t actually created, kind of a stupid argument in my book, you make fanart (in whatever format) it`s fanart, you didn`t create it... not your character, end of story what can you do at the end of the day, now when it`s a you created character THEN they can get pissy imo
