The adult version of her blonde friend from Ep. 1? Kinda weird how they hinted at her existence (she's on TV in Ep. 1) but never actually revealed her. If they ever make a third series they definitely need to reveal her as a fellow fighter, especially with that extra ending scene in Punish.

To answer Keima69 for future passerbys, this is not the original, the hentai itself is. This came after the hentai.
The hentai wasn't based on any source material, though apparently it parodies certain manga so it's not wholly original I guess. Cutey Honey and Kekko Kamen are the two it parodied, according to Wikipedia. Which, I gotta say, is strange seeing a Wikipedia article on a hentai series.
