This "Doujin" has been around for quite some time, I am pretty sure it's by the same group of people who did the Billy and Mandy cross over comic. You are missing a shit ton of pages though.

It is indeed a good comic both this and his billy and mandy cross-overs are drawn well and is an interesting read, but they have been out for quite awhile now. Not sure if the all the chapters up till it's recent page have been posted up here though.
