So I've been around the internet, and apparently there's three versions of Princess Maker 2.
The old DOS version, an updated version for Windows, and the fancy update known as Refine.
For this mod specifically, you need the Windows version, which is fairly hard in itself to find imo.
I've only ever seen it in Korean though.

Thanks tonyninja. Unfortunately your archive link is only the Windows 3.1 version of the game from 1995.
There where a few more later releases for Windows 95 (released October 9, 1996) and Windows 95/Me (January 28, 2000).
