During the phone call the girl mentioned Mother was worried. Through I agree that I wouldn't call this NTR. NTR is when the main character's lover it taken from them by another one, then goes into despair/rage when they find out about it. Most of the time that requires the girl to be a secret slut though who's not worth being used as anything other than a whore.

All in all, very nice artwork. And I'm beginning to like these stories where everything's told in a narration bubble and the sex talk is kept to a minimum, its nice and realistic.

You can say it's netori (steals someone wife/husband, not get stoled) but the author didn't show to that point since the wife's emotion didn't showed.
