dlsite is to blame. Their censoring rules are pretty extreme even by Japanese standards. Every and any penis has to be censored. It does not matter if it is covered by clothes or not. As soon as the form of the penis i visible then it must be censored. The same goes for any kind of shit. Only time dlsite is less strict is with certain pdf releases of B/W doujins/hmanga.
