that call was made by Soutarou, Kozue's boyfriend,
he called back because he couldn't answer her call(made on p.187) and asked if she's alright
Kozue breaks up the sex and crawls to her phone because she recognize it was Soutarou's ringtone
but on the phone, she heard another woman asking Soutaou who he's calling
this made her more convinced that Soutarou is cheating on her,
so she finally gave in everything and blamed it all on Soutarou

btw, this is a typical NTR neta, "call the boyfriend while having sex with other man"
it's so typical that most NTR H scenes has it
if this call was from some other girl, Kozue really had no reason to break up H to answer it

this makes more sense that in the end page they walk together.
if Soutarou has already got another GF, it can't explain why they are together,
and why Kozue looks so full of guilty feeling and nervous when Soutarou explained why he couldn't came yesterday

i have absolutely NO LOVE on NTR or cheating elements,
i know some people with NTR fetish tend to see NTR everywhere, but it's not the case here

Thank you for the insight, I now remembered to check a site that regroups these stories and makes a brief summary and it is indeed tagged as 'cheating', no 'netorare' tag but it doesn't make a difference I guess . It's funny because to tell you the truth my first impression of that story was exactly how you described it, that's how we got to the vivika brief summary in that other gallery. When we can't even fully trust translators the best bet is leave raw books untagged then take care of the translated version, I'm afraid.
