To be fair, there have always been loads of works, even dating back to the mid to late 90's when this stuff started to be more accessible due to the internet, and there have always been those artists/works with so much tears and cum, etc, to a point where you couldn't tell appart which fluid was which or where it was coming from anymore. Hentai manga and especially hentai doujinshi came a long way in terms of detail. It wasn't very uncommon to see characters who looked like authentic waterfalls.
