If you don't take the sex too seriously this is probably one of the most uplifting mangas out there.

To start he main girl is just so blatantly tragic she covers a whole chapter with her cruel and dark past in exposition after she has her first round with the main character just hours after meeting him.
Then the best possible thing happens, the man responsible for her suffering and "toilet" situation appears before the main character to check on his work only to immediately eat shit. The main character mans up so hard you swear he stole the balls from just about every harem leader of any anime in existence as he kills off the lackey who butt rapes him immediately and then stabs the antagonist to death to save the girl from his cruelty.
In the interest of survival he feigns death, gets bent, and returns after 2 years. Now even though he returns a female and joins his girl as a toy in the workplace it isn't degrading at all. The artist puts so much effort in making everything click between the main character, the girl, and the gang of workers that it almost seems like a happy storybook ending with lots of sex and a extra pair of breasts.

This story turned out all positive to me and in truth warmed my perverted heart after all the swimming in ntr and mindbreak I've been doing to crack the code on how the hell I can artificially create a desire for such works.
The feeling the ending gave me was similar to a what a few lines in another absolutely stellar manga called You Are Just A Maid gave me.
It went something like: You're not dirty, all you did was what you had to do. I won't forgive anyone for looking down on you.

This manga was a gem. If the rough play irks you, well you'll have to see it's just sex. Looking past it I guaruntee you will see one hell of a happy-twisted ending.
